For players 13 and older, if you are reporting a bug, the app's Settings → Help & Support → Send diagnostics produces a technical report you can attach. It contains no name or contact details, and nothing is sent anywhere until you choose to send it.
Knock asks an age question on first launch. Players under 13 use protected mode without ads, sign-in, the public leaderboard, real-money purchases or the feedback form. Players 13–17 can sign in and use the leaderboard and shop, but see no ads. Ads are available only for adults.
